Job Purpose The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for assisting senior staff in the implementation of daily golf operations and to continuously present our guests with the finest overall golfing experience possible! Duties and Responsibilities Assist Members and Guests with pre-golf check-in, tee times and retail sales Complete opening and closing duties of the golf facility, including cash counting Act as an agent of the facility to actively sell the services of the golf course through phone calls, sales campaigns, referrals, and face-to-face interaction Assist Tournament Director in planning and execution of tournaments and leagues Complete golf shop, outside service, and tournament shifts as scheduled Requirements:
Requires the ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner Must be organized, personable and enthusiastic Must possess high professional ethics Must possess a high regard for customer service Maintain professional image at all times Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) Must be 18 years or older This is a seasonal position with approximate dates of March - November (depending on weather and other circumstances).
