Continental US CACI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Manager in support of the Enterprise Support Information Technology/Chief Information Officer (ES IT/CIO) Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Team.
Responsible for making improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of the job area or maybe responsible for developing technical solutions that require collaboration with internal expertise and deep analysis of the technical system.
Problems and issues faced are difficult and may require understanding of broader set of issues.
Problems typically involve consideration of multiple issues, job areas or specialties.
Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues.
Plans/establishes or works to achieve goals and objectives for a team, with direct impact on the immediate- or short-term operational results of the department (e.
g.
, less than 1 year).
May be responsible for entire projects or process within job area.

Supervise a team consisting of professionals, directs and reviews the work of team members in order to accomplish operational plans and results.
Provides primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance and rewards decisions for direct reports.

Qualifications:
Requires Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied sciences or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology and 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Requires the ability to influence others outside of own job area on policies, practices and procedures.
Must have an understanding and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts and knowledge of Navy Personnel data and business rules.
Requires active SECRET Clearance.
