Millington, TN Millington, TN $40 - $50 an hour $40 - $50 an hour Support the MNCC Contact Center that provides contact center support for Sailors, recruits, Navy families, Reservists, Retirees, Veterans, and the general public.

Support services, as are focused on resolving inquiries, transactions, and requests relating to the complex nature of HR related topics across the broad spectrum of payroll, employment verification, benefits, travel, personnel development, training, recruiting, enlisting, retirements, separations, extensions, re-enlisting, mobilization and de-mobilization pay and disbursing operations, locator services, career management, and selection boards which represent the full Hire-to-Retire lifecycle for the Navy.
Contact Center Traffic Analyst (CCTA) CCTA is responsible for real time managing and directing of all Contact Center traffic utilizing the Workforce Management Suite (system) application.
CCTA's primary responsibilities also include making effective decisions to manage and balance volumes such as approved time off, shift changes and contact center activities that affect staffing and the department's ability to meet established Service Level objectives.
This position requires strong analytical skills and the desire to embrace and initiate continuous improvement in the center.
This role also requires an effective communicator who can work with employees and leadership at all levels of the organization to assist in meeting business unit goals, client goals, and corporate objectives.
Requirements:

Existing Secret Clearance ? Education:
High School Diploma / Associates or Bachelor's degree (preferred) ?
Experience:
Minimum 2-years' experience in customer service or contact center experience ? Skills:
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, real time decisions, attention to detail, experience with WFM applications, and call routing strategies.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
