Well-established company in the outskirts of Memphis is INTERVIEWING NOW for an Inventory Control Manager! This industry-leading electric motor service company is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to join their growing team. The salary for this role is up to $90k, depending on experience.
As the business demands, this new role will focus heavily on inventory management and supplier management. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of Inventory Management experience, managing at least 3000 skus, including a variety of parts and pieces. The ideal candidate will also possess experience managing inventory valued above $1m and managing hundreds of suppliers.
Key
Responsibilities:
oCreating/Analyzing Reports related to inventory turns and slow-moving inventory
oReviewing stock outages
oImproving performances in key areas
oOptimizing use of supplier programs to lower prices
oIdentify new suppliers
oEstablish a review and control system for purchase orders
oEstablish vendor assessment program that measures vendor performance
