US Citizens This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for 1109 to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. To qualify for the GS-13 level you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes experience coordinating the development and updating of strategic plans and policies covering IT programs for the Districts of the Division, providing staff direction and review of such efforts of the Districts, and leading Division policy development efforts. specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position and is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Such experience is typically gained in the IT field or through the performance of work where the primary concern is IT . Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
