Supervisory Interdisciplinary Engineer/Architect

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties:
1) Coordinate assigned operations within the command regarding facilities management, technical and administrative skills to oversee costs, personnel and quality of work; 2) Conduct studies to reduce cost and improve production techniques to provide effective/economical service; 3) Evaluate technical developments of the physical plant to service the client; 4) Implement engineering, financial and administrative techniques to resolve engineering problems beyond the capacity of support; 5) Developing and Managing Plans of Actions & Milestones (POA&Ms) for projects; 6)Working within statutory requirements, regulations, and policies related to facilities management services or base operations support; 7) Managing expenditure of funds associated with assigned projects and maintaining accountability for development team personnel and resources; 8) Providing technical support as required for assigned projects to insure technical responsibilities are executed in accordance with contract procurement regulations and business processes (i.e.; BMS,corporate/enterprise processes, standard operating procedures, directives/guidance's, etc.). The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
