OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST

GS-14:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
1) Using predictive modeling and advanced statistical analysis to facilitate business decision making; 2) Establishing baseline measures and key performance indicators to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of business programs, products and services; 3) Utilizing various state-of-the-art mathematical methods such as machine learning, simulation, market basket analysis, and neural networks needed to design, develop and implement problem solutions from strategic manpower related problems.; 4) Preparing and delivering analytical reports to communicate findings of research studies. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
