OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST
GS-14:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
1) Using predictive modeling and advanced statistical analysis to facilitate business decision making; 2) Establishing baseline measures and key performance indicators to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of business programs, products and services; 3) Utilizing various state-of-the-art mathematical methods such as machine learning, simulation, market basket analysis, and neural networks needed to design, develop and implement problem solutions from strategic manpower related problems.; 4) Preparing and delivering analytical reports to communicate findings of research studies.
